    With us, you'll experience a one-of-a-kind adventure filled with warmth, wonder, and a spark of adrenaline, and of course, the unforgettable beauty of the Northern Lights.

    We are based in Tromsø, Norway, specifically at: Lenangsveien 1483, 9068 Nord-Lenangen.

  • What are your services?

    With us, you can enjoy:


    • Overnight stays in our Crystal Lavvo: cozy glass-roof cabins designed for watching the Northern Lights from the comfort of your bed. Includes: A scenic journey through breathtaking Arctic landscapes, guided hikes and authentic Nordic gastronomy during your stay (dinner, breakfast, coffee/tea, and snacks)
    • Snowmobile tours:  across pristine snowy trails. Includes: a short masterclass for snowmobile ride and authentic Nordic gastronomy.

    You can choose one or both!


  • When can you visit us?

    You can visit us from November to March, the best time of year to see the Northern Lights and enjoy all our Arctic activities.

  • What transportation should I take to get there?

    Don’t worry about transportation, we’ve got you covered! We provide pick-up and drop-off from the agreed meeting point straight to the base camp and back.

  • What are your schedules?

    We offer a personalized experience. Our goal is for you to relax, enjoy, and fully immerse yourself in the Arctic, without worrying about time. 


    That’s why we organize your visit from start to finish, taking care of all the details so you can focus on what truly matters: living the moment. Each activity has a specific schedule that you can find on our booking page. 


  • When is the best time to see the Northern Lights?

    The peak season is typically November to March, offering the best chance for clear skies and strong solar activity.

  • Can you always see the Northern Lights?

    While the aurora is a natural phenomenon and can never be guaranteed, our remote location, far from light pollution, greatly increases your chances of witnessing this magical display. 


  • What Is the cancellation policy?

    You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the tour and receive a full refund.

  • Are You Pet-Friendly?

    We love animals, but due to the number of guests we host and the Arctic weather conditions, pets are not allowed to join the experience.

Crystal Lavvo experience

  • How is the experience on Crystal Lavvo?
    • We have a total of 6 Crystal Lavvos available (each one has beds, sheets and a wood-burning fireplace) :


    • 5 lavvos accommodate up to 4 people each
    • 1 lavvo is specially designed for 2 people only

    Please note: Each lavvo requires a minimum of 2 guests.

  • Do Crystal lavvo have heating?

    As this is a true nature-based experience, heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. So you’ll need to keep your lavvo warm using the wood-burning fireplace inside.


    Don’t worry, when you arrive, the fire will already be lit for you, and we’ll provide plenty of wood along with clear instructions so you can enjoy a cozy night in the Arctic wilderness.


  • Do the Crystal Lavvos have a bathroom?

    Our experience is designed to bring you closer to nature, so the Crystal Lavvos do not have private bathrooms.


    We offer a shared indoor bathroom located in the main house, as well as an outdoor toilet for guests who want to try a more authentic Arctic experience.


  • Do the Crystal Lavvos have Wi-Fi?

    Wi-Fi connection is available only in the main house. All is about contact with nature!

Snowmobile tour

  • When can I book a Snowmobile Tour?

    Our snowmobile tours begin in early January. You can book in advance to secure your spot for the season!

  • What do I need to drive a snowmobile?

    To drive a snowmobile, you need a valid regular driver’s license from any country, the same license required to drive a car.


    Please make sure your license is up to date and valid on the day of the tour.

  • Do I need to have experience?

    No prior experience is needed! 


    Before the tour begins, our experienced guide will give you a short masterclass session to teach you everything you need to know. 


    You’ll learn how to drive safely and confidently, so you can relax and fully enjoy the adventure.



  • What is the average duration of the tours?

    Each tour lasts between 60 and 90 minutes, giving you plenty of time to drive through mountains, forests, and fjords, with scenic stops along the way to take photos and enjoy the breathtaking Arctic landscape.


  • Do I need special winter gear?

    No, you don’t need to bring any special gear. We’ve got you covered!


    We’ll provide all the necessary equipment to keep you warm and safe during the activity, including:

    • A thermal suit
    • Winter boots
    • A helmet

    Just bring your sense of adventure. 


  • What happens If the weather conditions aren’t suitable?

    Our team closely monitors the weather at all times and will inform you in advance if conditions are not safe for the tour to take place.


    If the tour needs to be canceled due to weather, you will receive a full refund.

  • Recommendations

    • What type of clothing do you recommend for my visit?

      We recommend bringing:

      • Comfortable, warm clothing
      • Comfortable outdoor shoes
      • Indoor shoes or slippers for the lavvo
      • A warm hat and gloves

      Don't worry about bringing a special winter suit, we provide all the necessary thermal gear to keep you warm. You’ll also be fully equipped for both the hike and the snowmobile tour.



    • What type of baggage do you recommend for my visit?

      Due to limited space, we suggest bringing one personal item and/or one carry-on suitcase per person.Recommended size for the carry-on: 55 cm (height) x 40 cm (width) x 20 cm (depth).


    • Can we bring our own food?

      Yes, you can! During our overnight experience, we provide three meals (lunch, dinner, and breakfast). However, if you have specific dietary preferences or favorite snacks, you're welcome to bring your own.


      Please note: there are no stores or grocery shops nearby, so make sure to purchase anything extra before pick-up.



    • Do you offer meal adaptations?

      Yes, we’re happy to accommodate your dietary preferences and needs, as long as you let us know when you make your reservation, so we can prepare accordingly.


      We can adapt meals for:


      • Vegan / Vegetarian
      • Lactose Intolerant
      • Gluten-Free (please note: while we do our best, we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination due to a shared kitchen environment)
